I would go out of my way to give a wonderful review for the thoughtful service and cooperative spirit of all the folks, especially the owner and his managers. We had a change in our schedule and needed to extend our stay in Red River, and they went out of their way to accommodate our need. They are local ownership and it is obvious that they place a high value on personal interaction and professional fellowship! They did a good job; it was noticed and very much appreciated! Steve S. This was a great option for our short stay in Red River. They are renovating and most rooms are completely new! Location is 10/10, the beds were super cosy and very clean, the bathroom fixtures and shower head were top notch. Only items I would mention for work is the exterior could be updated to match the interior, and the shower could have been scrubbed a bit cleaner. Overall had a great stay! Right across from Red River Brewery, parking was free, and the staff was very kind. We walked the 1/4 mile night from the bar back to the hotel and felt very safe.

Great Place To Stay, everything is in walking distance. View is wonderful. House keeping on other hand welcomes themselves in without knocking even with no (maid service please) sign up.- can see white fur on the floor or it could be hair - Dry wall on ceiling peeling off

Our pipes froze so we just needed one night lodging for 6 of us. We were impressed with the gentleman who took our reservation and checked us in. The rooms are brand new and very affordable. We were very appreciative of a great location to sleep!

We just had a wonderful stay here. The room was newly remodeled & very nice. 2 King beds with a door separating them. Shower was amazing — really hot water & incredible water pressure! Walking distance to lifts and many area restaurants. The manager was extremely nice, accommodating & helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

I found my new favorite place to stay in Red River. I won't mention names, but I've stayed in "overclassed and underclassed" rooms in Red River. On this search, no one answered their phones, except 3. It turns out, its the same manager. Hes a good one. He asked me exactly what I was looking for. I said, we're 2 guitar players. Do you have something where we have a place we won't disturb folks, maybe a fireplace, and some space. Central to walk to restaurants and fun. Well, he did. He offered me an upgrade to a great room, at the original room rate , and set us up at his private area right on the river for some video too. This was service beyond what he needed to do. Now im a repeat customer. I give these stars because this is excellent customer service, and lodging management. Its rare.

I honestly leave this review with reluctance. Reluctance that if people find out what a great hotel this is, it will be booked with no vacancy if I ever try to stay here again. I am a Hilton Diamond and stay at hotels all over the country. I came here to work and like always look for the nearest Hilton property, there were none. I thought I settled for something that would suffice for me and the seven people that work with me. Little did I know that this hotel is the hidden jewel of red River. Fantastic remodeled rooms that can compete with any mid to upscale hotel room in any major city at the same price point. And then there’s the management; they bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. if you’re scrolling the Internet, looking for a room to book in Red River quit wasting your time. This is the best you will find. Thank you Mike for making me and my crew feel welcome at all times and for making your hotel feel like home away from home.

This place is fantastic, super nice and the management is amazing, my husband and I arrived into town at 2am and the owners of the cabin we were supposed to stay at didn’t leave us the key we needed to get into our room. Needless to say, we were able to get a room at 2am and these rooms are so nice and so clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. I will reccomend this place to everyone! Thank you for giving a room to us when we were in need
